**The Opportunity**:
Due to the growth and development of Buttercups Childcare & Early Learning Centres, we are currently seeking a Recruitment & Onboarding Officer to join our wonderful team at our Operations Support Office in Highgate.

This position can be full-time or part-time to suit your circumstances.

Your Main Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with Centre Managers to understand their recruitment needs
- Draft, post and monitor job ads on relevant recruitment sites and conduct a pre-screening checklist
- Conduct reference checks
- Award interpretation and contract preparation
- Prepare employee packs, checklists and inductions
- Assist with the induction and onboarding process

**Ideally You Will Have**:

- Previous experience in recruitment and onboarding (preferably in the Early Childhood Education and Care sector)
- Confidence navigating recruitment and social media platforms
- Proficiency in administration
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Your own transport and willingness to travel to centres around Perth
- WWCC and Police Clearance or willing to get

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
