**About you**:
Are you passionate about ensuring people with a disability live their best lives? Is the professional provision of clinical and therapeutic services important to you? Are you motivated to provide positive outcomes for participants of NDIS supporting genuine choice and control?

If you answered yes to these questions, we are looking for a superstar to join our small client support team - as our Queensland “client voice” representative.

**What we can ensure**:
Your days will be varied - from interpreting therapy reports to informing service delivery expectations; partnering with operation and finance teams to inform the development of rosters of care; liaising with families and stakeholders; maintaining effective working relationships with support co-ordinators and local NDIS stakeholders; hosting monthly NDIS meetings anchored by our risk assessment tools to analyse and better support our clients healthcare. You are the client’s voice
You will be able to advance your understanding of the NDIS and add value to our clients and broader team with your insights, experience and analytical approach.
Over time we will evolve our NDIS expertise to create a suite of tools and processes based on evidence and data - with an actuarial flavour, and you can be pivotal in the design as we evolve to the next phase.

You will not be alone - this role partners with experts in other States. We are looking for energy and positivity where a team can learn together, leverage and evolve our tools and processes to deliver powerful client outcomes.

Are you qualified in a healthcare discipline - psychologist, social worker, OT?
Do you have experience within the disability sector or lived experience of disability and/or experience in an advocacy healthcare role?
Do you have a demonstrated understanding of the NDIS, services available and support of individuals living with disability to make choices?
