Reporting to the Rostering Manager, the Rostering Officer will be responsible for providing clerical support for the day to day operational management for all sites within ONCALL Qld.

**In this role you can expect to be the**:
Direct point of contact for employees in relation to roster management.
Manage rostering for sites and individual client supports, shift swaps and any other roster changes on a daily basis.
Be responsible for staff rosters across various sites, including ongoing maintenance of master rosters and templates.
Ensure appropriate rostering of employees with work related injuries / return to work programes
Respond to and appropriately manage employee queries in regard to their rosters.

Strong skills in negotiating and stakeholder liaison
Strong IT skills (including Microsoft Office and Database experience)
