**Junior Account Manager**

Established 10 years ago, we are a rapidly growing fast paced IT consultancy firm with a target market of small to medium sized businesses. We are looking for an experienced, positive and results driven Administration assistant looking to join a fast growing national business.

Our team are professional and fun and we are looking for the right person to help grow our business and grow with us. We have offices in Melbourne, Sydney, Perth and Brisbane.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide IT / Account Management to a number of our clients.
- Document and create quotes/proposals for the replacement of hardware/software.
- Providing technical support to our customers
- Efficiently communicating with all customers and staff on projects and support requests
- Face to face, remote and onsite troubleshooting and resolving incidents within agreed SLA's
- Creating, updating and maintaining user documentation
- Contributing to the continual service improvement of our services
- Project management of larger projects.
- Available for after hours support.

**Selection Criteria**:

- Australian PR/Citizenship
- An effective team player with excellent customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Attention to detail
- Effective time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
- Desire to learn and develop.

**Salary**: $45,692.00 - $60,454.00 per year
