Lane Cove Gymnastics Club is after a supervisor for our Ninja Warrior program. You must have strong supervisory skills, be extremely reliable and highly professional, however, please note, **full ninja warrior training will be given**. We are more focused on hiring someone with an eye for detail, who is passionate about improving the quality of our programs through our staff members.

Our classes need to be full of excitement, challenges, anticipation and progression. To achieve this, your duties will be first and foremost, ensuring that all ninja warrior coaches are delivering our specially designed programs with enthusiasm and professionalism. You will conduct a 30min daily training session on delivery for your coaches before classes begin and then supervise that the training is being implemented during the classes.

The aim of the supervisor is to maintain the high standards of our program and not have coaches become complacent. All programs are provided, the supervisor will need to overlook that the coaches are following them with a high level of enthusiasm.

The hours will be 2:30pm-6pm Monday
- Friday and 9am-12pm Saturdays (Saturdays can be negotiable).

We would like someone to commit to this role for at least a year.

Must have a current WWCC, speak strong English, is an Australian citizen OR has a visa which permits you to work with the same employer for at least 1 year.

Pay: $21.38 - $46.89 per hour
