Are you ready to lead with confidence and inspire excellence in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment?  We're seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Front Office Supervisor to support the day-to-day operations of our unique accommodation offering.

About the Role

Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you'll play a key leadership role in ensuring a seamless and superior guest experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing daily front office operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
  • Providing exceptional customer service and handling guest inquiries with professionalism and care
  • Supervising and mentoring the front office team to uphold high standards and service excellence
  • Ensuring guest safety and satisfaction throughout their stay
  • Supporting the continuous improvement of processes and procedures

About You

We're looking for someone who is as passionate about people as they are about hospitality.

You'll bring:

  • A vibrant, positive attitude with a strong work ethic
  • Previous experience in a hotel front office role, ideally with leadership responsibilities
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
  • A confident phone manner and professional presentation
  • Strong administrative and computer skills; RMS experience highly regarded
  • A hands-on, solution-focused approach
  • Availability for varied shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Full Australian working rights
