**Job Summary**:
The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for providing effective and timely administrative support for the management of business activities including creating customer accounts, configuring SIM’s, issuing SIM’s, client reports, invoice coordination, SIM purchasing, customer accounting, customer assistance. This indivual will be expected to juggle multiple IT platforms, such as: Zoho One (CRM, Desk etc), Jasper (SIM Management), Utilibill (billing system).This role will requires a flexible approach, being comfortable working either as part of a team or independently as required in an office environment. There is a need to adapt quickly to a variety of client environments with the capacity to interact effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with enquiries via phone, electronically and face-to-face
- Establish and maintain customer accounts
- Configure SIM’s using Jasper platform
- Prepare and courier SIM’s to customers
- Check and maintain SIM stock levels
- Action customer orders and provide regular communication regarding progress
- Resolve customer issues and complaints
- Support Billing Team in preparing and correcting
- Provide support to the Administration coordinators
- Conform to quality procedures and complete quality records as required.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 + years experience in customer service, accounting systems, business systems, administration or equivalent
- Understanding of the Quality Management System requirements as documented in the policy manual and procedures
- Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Office, CRM
- Highly developed communication skills
- Collaborative style
- Service focused
- Attention to detail
- Good time management
- High level organization skills
- Good basic computer literacy skills
- Ability to plan and problem solve
