Position Overview

The role includes providing admin support to the Sales Reps ensuring credits/customer set up/wastage/customer queries are accurate and completed in a timely manner.

**Qualifications**:

- Desirable but not essential, relevant administration experience or Certification in Business Administration.

Tasks and Responsibilities
- Entering customer orders and dealing with customer enquiries including daily walk-in customers and order collection logistics.
- Setting up new customer accounts.
- Attend product training sessions and learn product details and key selling points of products and technologies.
- Direct support to Sales Team and Finance Team.

Specialised Knowledge and Skills
- Committed and ability to learn and extending food knowledge
- Interest in the food industry
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
