We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to join a digital team that's building products with real impact. This is a role where you'll take the lead on design, bring bold ideas to life, and help shape experiences that truly put people first.

About the role

You'll be working end-to-end on a mix of large-scale digital products – from discovery and research through to polished interfaces. Along the way, you'll partner closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to make sure solutions are not only functional but elegant, consistent, and accessible.

This role also gives you the chance to mentor other designers and influence how design is practised across the organisation. You'll have a voice in shaping design systems, evolving processes, and championing a culture that keeps customers at the heart of decision-making.

What you'll be doing

  • Leading the design of complex, high-profile digital products.
  • Running research, workshops, and usability testing to uncover real needs.
  • Turning insights into journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Contributing to and maintaining a design system that keeps work consistent and scalable.
  • Collaborating in agile teams, working side-by-side with developers and product leaders.
  • Mentoring designers and sharing your craft.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years in Product Design, UX, or UI, with a portfolio that shows both thinking and craft.
  • Experience delivering digital products at scale – ideally ones with high traffic or visibility.
  • Strong skills in tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • A solid understanding of accessibility (WCAG 2) and interaction design principles.
  • A confident communicator who can bring others on the journey.
  • Someone who balances creativity with pragmatism, and thrives in collaborative environments.
