**What You Will Be Doing**

MePACS are looking for an Inbound Sales Consultant who is energetic, customer focused and enjoys being part of an office based team environment. This is a 12 Months Fixed Term Contract - Full-time hours.
MePACS are a 24/7 personal alarm service that target multiple audience groups.
We have been established for over 30 years and have 42,000 customers. We are part of Peninsula Health and pride ourselves on our excellent customer service.
This position is 5 days a week (Mon-Fri)
You will be based at Chelsea Heights office and will be a brand ambassador for our unique service to generate sales throughout Australia.
- You will be creating product/service awareness and converting leads to generate sales
- Own the end to end inbound sales process on the CRM system

**What You Need**

We anticipate you will have:

- Proven successful sales /customer service experience, over the phone, with knowledge of sales processes and techniques
- Confident and friendly telephone manner with ability to communicate effectively with a variety of audiences
- Ability to multi task in a busy environment.
- Good team player
- Desirable knowledge of the health care market
- Desirable using a CRM system
