This is a phone based sales role and on any given day, you’ll be speaking to people from all across Australia in many different walks of life to help them make an informed decision on their energy needs. No two customers are exactly the same, and your job will be to build rapport with our potential customers, tailor a product or benefit to their situation and encourage them to make the switch over to Red. You will also help arrange electricity connections for people moving into a new home and make sure that every customer you speak with wants to stay with us and wants to refer their friends and family.

Our stunning office is a recently renovated state of the art building steeped in history, is pet-friendly (not just dogs either) and has foosball tables, tennis courts and a beautiful outdoor rooftop with barbecues that we loved to take advantage of when the weather is good Located in Cremorne, public transport is no issue as we are walking distance from South Yarra, East Richmond and Richmond train stations. We are also just a short walk from the iconic Chapel Street shopping district and the Melbourne Cricket Ground where you can catch some of the best sporting and entertainment events in Australia.

**Important details**:

- Rotating roster, working between the hours of 8:00am - 8:00pm Monday to Friday, and Saturday between 9:00am - 5:00pm
- Average yearly earnings of $76,000 (Base plus super plus commissions) with strong performers earning much more
- Work from the comfort of your own home or our incredible Bryant and May building

- Ability to communicate with clarity and a friendly tone
- Capacity to maintain focus, stamina and optimism when dealing with objections
- Basic computer literacy and problem solving skills
- Healthy competitive drive and desire to achieve goals and targets
