Yes Digital is an Australian digital marketing agency growing rapidly in the heart of Brisbane CBD. Due to our performance for our clients we're actively taking over the industry. We're currently interviewing for digital marketing sales consultants/Strategists to join our high performing team. Full on-going and training in Sales, Google Ads Management, SEO, Social Media and E-Commerce.

**About the role**:
We're looking for enthusiastic sales reps to work with business owners to understand clients businesses and give strong advice around developing acquisition strategies. There will be comprehensive training with products from the worlds biggest brands including Google and Facebook to equip you with the knowledge you need to be an absolute weapon.

If you're good at picking up a phone and connecting with a business owner isn't an issue for you, you're going to be hungry for this opportunity.

**What do you need to have?**:

- Sales experience with a history of proven success. You must be confident with great communication skills, know what to do and how to do it.
- Strong student mentality and willingness to learn.
- Accountability. Don't be ashamed of admitting a mistake. Fix it, learn from it and continuously develop yourself.
- Hardworking and proactive. Pick up the phone and hunt every opportunity possible. Once you've shown the customer value, they almost always sign up. We drive growth for small to medium businesses so take every opportunity to help them.
- Digital Marketing experience is highly regarded but not essential. We will teach and train you so be ready to absorb like a sponge

Naturally, through being able to add so much value to a business, you'll be making tonnes in commissions. We have the strongest uncapped commission structure across the industry. We want the best and reward so.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Brisbane, QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
