Zone IT Solutions is seeking a motivated Outbound Sales (B2B) Service Sales professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in generating new business opportunities for our service offerings by targeting potential clients across various industries. Your expertise in B2B sales will be crucial in establishing and nurturing relationships that drive revenue and contribute to Zone IT Solutions' growth.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound sales activities to identify and reach potential clients interested in IT services.
  • Utilize various channels including phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn to engage prospects and introduce our services.
  • Build a solid pipeline by qualifying leads and setting appointments for follow-up meetings.
  • Present service offerings effectively, articulating value propositions and addressing client needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective sales campaigns and marketing collateral.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to overall team success.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the IT services or technology sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads through proactive outreach and networking.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a strong desire to succeed.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Experience in managing sales pipelines and understanding the sales process.
  • knowledge of customer service solutions would be an added advantage.
