Additional information
- This role is Temporary (13 months), Full-time, based in Service Office, Tempe NSW, where hybrid working including a minimum of 3 days in the Service Office is required.
- Domestic relocation support will be provided.

**About this work area**
As Communication Operations Manager your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Lead, manage and secure operational excellence within the Communication Operations team in the delivery of all projects and 360 integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strategically map out and refine key focuses and projects in connection to the long-term strategic and country business plan by adopting a holistic overview of communication operations.
- Execute and manage optimal resource planning within the team and agencies by ensuring capacity overview at all times and shifting resources and focus where required based on business needs.
- Collaboratively work with internal and external stakeholders by developing communication programs in responses to briefs, through developing a deep understanding of stakeholder drivers and target communication effectively to deliver results.
- Lead, coach and develop the Communication Operations team to secure an inspiring and motivating environment where people and talent are continuously developed including long-term competence building, succession planning and diversity and inclusion.
- Actively drive continuous improvement of communication areas within scope, driving effectiveness and efficiency in communication fit for the rapidly changing communication landscape within an omnichannel retail environment.
- Sharing information with Communication Operations team and wider business as key stakeholder in the communication team matrix.

- A strong, influential and innovative leader with the passion for driving the Communication agenda and delivering optimal results to support the business.
- Equipped with broad knowledge, understanding and experience with internal and external communications.
- Able to demonstrate strong project management experience and effectively deliver results.
- Able to execute decisions in a tactful way to secure operational needs of the business.
- Experienced in navigating change and demonstrate agility when it comes to business needs in an omnichannel retail landscape.
