Our client is a leading sportswear retailer, who live and breathe, sports, adventure and believe in high quality at the best prices for their customers. Born in the 1970s they've since established a worldwide presence, expanding to Australia in the past 6 years. Now they're after their next Operations Manager in Tempe due to some great internal promotions.

**The Job**

In addition to ensuring exceptional customer service and high volume stock management the role includes responsibilities such as;
- Ensure all safety and compliance auditing is met to a 100% standard
- Ensure and make sure all team members are trained
- Oversee markdown compliance and standards
- Support the store manager
- Nurture a great instore culture
- Guarantee the safety of goods and ensure an organized and efficient inventory management processes

**About You**
- Live and breathe the active lifestyle
- Previous management experience
- Large volume stock handling experience a must
- Results focused and entrepreneurial spirit
