The Opportunity
In an exciting new opportunity, we're on the lookout for a seasoned Executive Assistant to offer comprehensive administrative and business assistance to the President of Consolidated Power Projects Australia.
We're searching for a highly organised and driven professional to become an integral part of our expanding team. Your role will not only be pivotal in supporting the President's efficiency but also in providing general assistance to the wider CPP Management team, allowing you to gain invaluable insights across various business domains.
With a polished and proactive demeanour, you'll be responsible for managing the President's calendar, coordinating appointments and meetings, arranging travel logistics, and aiding in the orchestration of both corporate and social events for the company.
**Skills and Experiences**:
About You
**To be successful in this role, you will possess**:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or similar
Exceptional organisational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Professional demeanour
Experience in either construction, renewables, utilities, or resources will be highly regarded
