We’re on the hunt for a talented **Content Creator & Marketing Specialist** to join our dynamic team. You’ll be responsible for crafting captivating content, building our brand presence, and driving engagement both online and in our clinic. Your efforts will directly contribute to our mission of delivering outstanding products and experiences to our customers.

**Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation**
- Develop a content calendar aligned with business goals, highlighting clinic treatments, product launches, and promotions.
- Create visually stunning and informative content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube (including photos, reels, and video edits).
- Write engaging blogs, treatment spotlights, and newsletters that establish our authority in skincare and aesthetics.
- Work with the clinic team to capture behind-the-scenes moments, client testimonials, and real-time updates.
- Collaborate on professional photoshoots to produce high-quality visuals for campaigns and website assets.

**Marketing Strategy & Execution**
- Partner with the clinic team to create promotional materials for in-clinic events and retail campaigns.
- Promote The Clinic’s exclusive services, including HydraFacial, Alma Opus, peels, and more, alongside clinic-exclusive skincare bundles.
- Create compelling product descriptions and treatment pages for the website.
- Track and analyze the performance of campaigns, reporting on key metrics and identifying growth opportunities.

**Community Engagement**
- Actively engage with our online audience, responding to comments, DMs, and reviews to foster brand loyalty.
- Build relationships with influencers, clients, and collaborators to expand our reach and grow awareness.
- Support the team during in-clinic events, capturing live content and enhancing the guest experience.

**Skills & Qualifications Must-Have**:

- 2+ years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a similar role (experience in the beauty, wellness, or lifestyle sector preferred).
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and emerging trends (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic video editing skills and experience in creating reels and short-form content.

**Desirable**:

- Knowledge of skincare and cosmetic treatments (or a strong desire to learn).
