**The role on offer**:
Reporting to the Head of News & Information, this newly created role of **Executive Producer - News Podcasts** will develop and supervise the creative direction of LiSTNR Original Podcasts within our News & Information vertical. The role is a true 360 degree role that will work across the whole podcast production lifecycle form ideation through to record and post-production.

**Some other skills and experience you will need**:

- At least 5 years podcast producing experience within Digital Audio features and or journalism
- Strong project management experience with ability to jump between different projects and priorities
- Skilled at coordinating schedules and deadlines, field reporting, producing key interviews, crafting narrative structure, writing scripts, and working with and organizing tape.
- Good understanding of Investigative journalism techniques, and broadcast laws and ethics.
- Experience in creating digital and social strategies for news
- Extensive understanding of the development process of news based podcasts
- Strong proficiency in digital production tools, including ProTools
