We're a new independent film production company based in Melbourne — self-funded, fiercely creative, and focused on producing low-budget, high-impact films that celebrate Australian life, humor and humanity.

We have everything in place — gear, space, catering, diverse shoot locations, and a clear creative direction. What we need now is a driven production professional who knows how to turn vision into action.

We're looking for someone who:


• Has hands-on experience in film production — from planning to wrap.

• Is great with creative personalities, but also sharp on budgets and logistics.

• Brings an extensive network across the Australian film and media world.

• Can potentially start part-time, with a view to growing into a full-time leadership role.

• Is a mover and shaker — someone who gets things done.
