We’re looking for an experienced Executive Producer to join our LiSTNR Entertainment team based in Melbourne on a 12 month contract.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Support in developing and executing a podcast content strategy to produce a successful series that delivers audience and revenue, in the style and essence as directed by the Head of Entertainment & Culture.
- Ensure all podcast content meets relevant business requirements before publish.
- Alongside the Head of Entertainment & Culture, develop and deliver planning systems and procedures for each show.
- Coach and develop podcast talent & Producers.
- Episode planning; including arranging guests, pre-interviewing guests and briefing hosts
- Work in conjunction with the Head of Entertainment & Culture, Digital / Social Lead, Podcast Audio Producer, Publicity Manager and other members of the LiSTNR team in maintaining and executing the content objectives.

**Experience we’re looking for**:

- Strong experience producing compelling and commercial Podcasts.
- Experience collaborating with and managing podcast talent to achieve goals of the business.
- An understanding of legal compliance issues relating to audio broadcasts, including the assessment of risk around legal and PR outcomes.
- Demonstrated expertise in narrative construction and creative storytelling.
- Contributes to creating a team environment which fosters innovation and creativity.
- Is able to adapt style/output to optimise results depending on the intended audience.
- Excellent communication skills and influencing skills, capable of adopting a range of styles, tools and techniques appropriate to the audience and nature of the information.
