What this job involves
Working with JLL’s tech client in Brisbane as a Receptionist and Facilities Coordinator, you will play a key role within the client’s office as the first point of contact for all incoming calls, employees and the public. This role ensures experience provided is seamless, welcoming and professional representing both JLL and the client.
**Snapshot of the role**:
Coordinate bookings of meeting rooms and catering requests, maintain general tidiness, and ensure the reception area and workplace common spaces are well presented and free of hazards
Maintain office supplies inventory, receiving and sorting mail and packages
Work closely with national facilities team to report and address building maintenance issues
Process invoices and work orders
Ensure compliance with health and sfatey regulations
Manage facility-related communication to employees
Handle adhoc duties requested by management

Collaborative team player with ability to work independently
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Desired experience in financial/investment bank services, hotel or corporate reception/customer service role
Desired First Aid certification
