About the Role

This role involves working closely with the Facilities team to provide excellent customer service and operational support within workspaces nationwide.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing friendly and efficient customer service through timely written and verbal communication.
  • Coordinating maintenance services, including air conditioning, security, lighting, power, plumbing, and facilities management.
  • Managing assets and maintaining a strong focus on workplace health and safety.
  • Ensuring contractors comply with health and safety requirements and hold valid Public Liability insurance.
  • Supporting fire warden training and first response initiatives.

Success in this role requires previous experience in workplace facilities and reception management, strong organisational skills, and the ability to influence constructively and work collaboratively.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a proactive approach to problem-solving.
