About the Role

The New Connections BDM is responsible for driving new connections sales growth in the Southern Region market, in pursuit of AGL’s strategic objective of outperforming the market in the new connections space.

What you’ll be doing:
- Achieve new connections sales targets in line with the New Connections Sales Plan- Establish, maintain, and leverage productive relationships with Sales Partners- Manage New Connection Issues, assist Sales Partners and manage operational issues through to mutually acceptable outcomes for sales partners, AGL and most importantly, customers.- Report Business Outcomes and Market Intelligence- Ensure that all Health, Safety and Environment Systems and goals are introduced and adhered to while meeting the organizations' policies and standards for HSE management.

About You

What you’ll bring to the table:
- Solid understanding of sales and related processes and effectively communicating with people at various levels. E.g., Building Company executives through to Electricians and Plumbers- Proven relationship development and management skills- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously with mínimal supervision- Tertiary qualifications in a business or management-related discipline would be beneficial as would Trade related qualifications.
