**About the role**

As our new Corporate Communications Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our external communications strategy. Reporting to the Corporate Communications Manager, you'll be instrumental in building our brand presence and strategic narrative across various external channels.

Day to day, you'll:

- Shape our external communications strategy to bring our vision to life
- Write speeches and presentations that our leadership team will deliver on global stages
- Create content that resonates with both industry leaders and everyday members
- Guide our corporate messaging with your expert touch
- Keep our voice consistent across all external channels
- Work side-by-side with teams across the business to tell compelling stories

This role is **permanent** opportunity based in Brisbane, Sydney, or Melbourne.

**About you**

It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too:

- Degree in Communications, Public Relations, or equivalent field
- Real-world experience in corporate or external communications
- Writing skills that make complex ideas feel simple and engaging
- A portfolio of work that shows you can write everything from social posts to in depth reports
- Experience working directly with senior leaders (and the confidence to match)
- The ability to stay cool and clear-headed when challenges arise
