**Description**:
ABOUT THE ROLE

The Maintenance Officer assists Momentum’s housing team to ensure that it meets its asset management obligations in relation to our response to property repair requests, the overall standard of our assets, maintenance of contractor records and for assisting with key compliance obligations of the organisation

**Skills and Experiences**:
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You will have experience in property asset management and/or property maintenance related fields and have a high level of understanding of technical building practices and terms. You will have excellent communication and customer service skills to effectively consult and liaise with tenants/advocates, tenancy and assets staff, support workers, independent contractors and other stakeholders in ensuring a professional and high standard of service delivery. We are looking for someone who can take the initiative and help anticipate problems before they occur.

**Criteria**:
Certificate III in Business Administration or other relevant qualification and/or equivalent knowledge and experience
Current Driver’s Licence
National Criminal record check
NSW Working With Children check
Evidence of COVID19 vaccination
Experience in property asset management and/or property maintenance related fields
A high level of understanding of technical building practices and terms
Demonstrated capacity to prioritise workloads in a client service environment
