The Role

An opportunity exists to join the Infinite team as a Maintenance Officer on a full time basis at our aged care facilities in Ashmore. You will be working as part of a team that takes great pride in the work that they do to maintain the facility.

Day to day duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Undertake general day to day maintenance activities to a high standard in accordance with Infinite standards, plans and guidelines

Ensure all emergency, preventative and corrective maintenance is carried out in accordance with all statutory and regulatory requirements

When required oversee and coordinate any required contractors working on site

Ensure smooth day to day running of all maintenance requirements at the facility

Provide IT support as required within the high-spec facility

Exceptional client service skills are important to ensure success in the role

Flexibility to undertake a wide scope of activities including but not limited to: landscaping and garden maintenance; general repairs; waste removal; painting and test and tagging.

About You

Previous gardening and maintenance experience is a must

Previous experience in aged care or similar facility would be highly desirable

Thorough understanding of facility services including gas, water and power mains and isolation requirement

Familiarisation and practice within a strict code of WHS requirement

You will need to be a self-starter with excellent time management skills which enable you prioritise tight work schedules

Demonstrated ability to learn and continuously improve maintenance operations

Work autonomously as well as a member of the team and have a strong customer service focus

Excellent organisational and communication skills and ability to multi-task

Professional, enthusiastic and friendly manner
