**As our next Maintenance Supervisor, you will**:

- Be responsible for motivating and inspiring a small team of Maintenance Assistants to ensure that our property functions like a well-oiled machine
- Communicate effectively at all levels, from the General Manager to guests and contractors working onsite
- Be required to always keep a level head in a variety of situations in front of both guests and fellow team members
- Work closely with all other departments including Housekeeping and Front Office to manage the issues at hand

**What we are looking for**:

- A strong leader with previous maintenance or engineering experience within a strata/MLR operation to take ownership of the maintenance department
- The ability to be a team player with a flexible approach to leading the Maintenance Team
- A comprehensive financial understanding of managing a profitable operation, and familiarity with WHS legislation compliance would be advantageous
- A relevant trade qualification is ideal
- A capacity to take initiative and coordinate multiple tasks or projects simultaneously while maintaining a preventative maintenance schedule will be highly regarded
- Availability to carry our emergency maintenance work outside of normal working hours, in the event of a full power failure, evacuation fire system re-set and/or failure of mechanical systems
