**The Company**

This exciting food manufacturing company is currently on an aggressive growth strategy. In order to prepare for future growth, they have created a new WHSE Lead role which will be responsible for two sites, with a HSE Advisor at each site reporting into the role.

**The Role**

Reporting to the Head of Business Improvement, your responsibilities will include the following:

- Drive cultural change around WHSE and drive a proactive and continuous improvement culture through engagement with stakeholders.
- Risk assessments, auditing, hazard identification and control implementation.
- Develop WHSE plans to improve the safety culture and eliminate workplace injuries.
- Monitor and ensure all legislative requirements are met.

**Your Background**
- A relevant qualification in work health & safety.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience in leading a site's safety function.
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders to drive a strong safety culture.
