- **Work Health & Safety Coordinator **to join our
- **NSW team**, on a
- **full**
**-time** basis.Reporting to our experienced WH&S Manager, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents, clients, and team members in New South Wales. Your role is pivotal in creating an environment where people feel secure, cared for, and can thrive. By joining us, you become a guardian of safety and a champion for quality care.

Your well-honed communication, assessment, and problem-solving skills are easily demonstrated when developing and implementing health and safety policies and procedures, collaborating with management to foster a culture of safety excellence, as well as when providing hands-on training and guidance to our dedicated staff on safety best practices.

Now... to ensure our staff and residents get to experience your brilliance, it is essential you possess:

- minimum of two-year's experience in Work Health & Safety, or a related field
- a NDIS Worker Screening Check
- drivers' licence and own vehicle
- Influenza vaccinations
- full working rights in Australia.
