**About the Role**
We’re on the lookout for an experienced Work Health & Safety (WHS) Manager to join our North Sydney Head Office. As our Storage King WHS Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of workplace health and safety, shaping policies, mitigating risks and embedding a safety first culture across our growing portfolio.

**Work Hours**
Full time, Monday to Friday.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the WHS team to deliver strategic and operational safety outcomes across the business.
- Oversee WHS frameworks, drive change, and lead initiatives to manage and mitigate workplace risks.
- Ensure legislative compliance while fostering a proactive safety culture.
- Promote a safety first approach and lead transformative projects.
- Oversee incident response, injury management, and workers compensation programs.
- Build strong internal and external partnerships, providing clear, actionable WHS reports to leadership.

**About You**
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:

- 8-10 years of WHS leadership experience, ideally in a multi-site environment.
- Strong strategic thinking and hands-on implementation expertise.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- WHS tertiary qualification - Cert IV in Work Health & Safety or equivalent.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to influence and drive results.
