Holytalent is currently recruiting a fabulous all-round Office and Accounts Administrator for a Construction and Commercial Property Development Company with lots of exciting projects underway. This role will be based in new offices at Woolloongabba but does come with flexibility to work some days from home or undertake school hours.
**With a variety of functions across the day**
**including;**
**Office Administration**:
- General office admin duties
- Minutes of meetings
- Liaising with Construction consultants
- Liaising with Real estate Agents and Finance brokers and managing correspondence relevant to projects
- Printing and preparing plans for meetings
- Maintain client database
- Management of the asset register
- Fleet Management - insurance and registrations
- Council searches
- Organising licenses, permits e.g. track DA’s & BA’s
- Client liaison - organising meetings, progress updates etc
- Support t project manager
- Assist Project manager with procurement
- Travel bookings / etc
- Insurance
- Social Media / Website / Marketing
- Assist in daily running of other Business ventures
- Organise Social events
- Assisting Director with day to day tasks as required including dairy management, travel bookings, etc
**Accounts Administrator Role**
- Accounts payable and receivable.
- Data entry.
- Daily bookkeeping via Quickbooks
- Payroll processing, (small payroll and training available)
- Bank reconciliations.
- End of month financial reporting.
- Liaise with Managing Director on budgets and cash flow.
- General administration duties.
- Invoicing.
**Qualifications & experience**
- Tertiary education in accounting
- Minimum 1 year accounting experiences required
- Work with the Team and Autonomously
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Must be able to Prioritise and can Multitask
- Must be Efficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
- Reliable, positive attitude and self-motived
