**Description**:

About the Role

The finance administrator will be responsible for commitment and active participation in the finance teams continuous quality improvement activities.

Duties
- Provide timely and efficient administrative support to the finance team.
- Assist the finance team to ensure the accounts payable function is executed in accordance with the ATSICHS Accounts Payable Policy and Procedures.
- Administer and maintain the creditors payment function to ensure it is executed in accordance with the ATSICHS Accounts Payable Policy and Procedures.
- Manage the maintenance of cash book and petty cash.
- Provide advice and guidance to internal and external stakeholder regarding creditors accounts and change of the details.

**Skills and Experiences**:
COVID-19 Requirement
- Immunisation history showing evidence of up-to-date COVID vaccinations.

Required

Minimum one (1) year experience as a finance assistant role in a similar organisation.
Effective time management skills.
Ability to work well as part of a team and as an individual.
Attention to detail.

Preferred

Certificate III in Financial Services, Business or other related field.
- Previous experience with payroll processing.
- Previous experience with accounts payable duties.
