Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and clear communication are key? **Bopp & Tone**, one of Sydney’s most iconic venues, is on the lookout for a confident and capable **Events Coordinator** to join our passionate team at **Applejack Hospitality**.

A bit about the role...
You’ll be working alongside the Events Manager, coordinating a wide range of events and ensuring every touchpoint (enquiry, planning, execution, and follow-up) meets the high standards of the Bopp & Tone brand. You’ll play a key role in driving revenue, building relationships, and delivering unforgettable guest experiences.
- Support the Events Manager across the entire event lifecycle
- Manage all event enquiries and bookings through iVvy & SevenRooms
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain professional client communication
- Coordinate and manage events in person, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and guests
- Work with venue teams to improve event offerings and execution
- Liaise with the Marketing Team for content collection, social media activity, and brand alignment
- Full time position. Monday - Friday
