We're in search of a seasoned Venue Beverage Manager, with a track record of excellence, ideally in a high-volume cocktail setting.
- A wealth of knowledge in the realms of mixology, spirits, and wine, coupled with a knack for crafting one-of-a-kind, irresistible cocktails.
- A powerhouse of leadership, possessing the ability to galvanize and ignite a diverse team to reach new heights.
- Customer service and interpersonal finesse, radiating a friendly and welcoming aura.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in managing inventory, analysing sales data, and controlling costs.
