**About the role**:
This is a 12 month Maternity Leave position that reports into the Digital Marketing Manager, the role and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Website Management - creating and updating all web content including copy and imagery, and ensuring that booking funnels are optimised for conversion
- Omnichannel Customer Experience - assisting with projects that improve the customer experience using digital tools, channels or communications
- Search Marketing - ensuring accuracy of our presence in organic search results and working on tactical paid search campaigns to drive inbound web traffic
- Social Media Monitoring, Moderation and Engagement - proactively and reactively posting on a timely basis, across a range of social media platforms, assisting customers where possible
- Content Creation and Execution - designing and delivering content in multiple formats for use in all digital channels, including videos, blogs, posts, stories, reels, lives etc
- Reputation Management - monitoring review websites and social platforms, responding where appropriate, to protect our brand online
- Analysis and Reporting - evaluating performance of digital activity and implementing improvements as and when necessary
- Supplier Relationship Management - working collaboratively with agencies and other key partners

**About you**:

- you must have degree qualification in Business, Commerce or Similar;
- you must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role;
- you must have previous experience using WordPress is essential
- you must have previous experience using social media for business - Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn
