Consumer Advice Horticulturist

**The Opportunity**: As a Consumer Advice Horticulturist, you will join a vibrant team at our Padstow office and be committed to delivering exceptional service and gardening advice to our consumers through a range of phone and digital communication channels. In this busy role you’ll also be responsible for researching more complex queries, recording enquiry details, logging and investigating product issues, and providing marketing feedback for the Yates team. **What you’ll bring and develop**: This is a real consumer-focused role so to succeed you’ll need to have an excellent phone manner and the confidence to deal with challenging situations with ease. You’ll be joining a small, close-knit team so a positive approach to teamwork is a must - you’ll be someone who gets stuck in with whatever is needed to get the job done. Knowledge and passion for the horticulture industry is also crucial. Other key skills and experience include: - A tertiary qualification in horticulture (either completed or in progress) - Experience within a retail nursery environment is a bonus - Strong customer service experience - Intermediate computer skills We’re committed to the development of our staff.
