**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the onboarding process, ensuring all new hires meet our rigorous compliance standards.
- Act as a liaison for potential employees and oversee our student placement initiatives.
- Provide actionable insights and reports on recruitment metrics to inform strategic decisions.

- Exceptional communicator with a knack for building relationships.
- Demonstrated experience with understanding the SCHADS awards.
- Proven experience in recruitment within the human services or NDIS sector.
- Familiarity with HR legislation and a strategic approach to talent acquisition.

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
