Service Delivery Manager

**Meditech Staffing **are a well-established, experienced Sydney and Central Coast based service provider, specialising in aged care and disability support in the home or within an existing care facility. Our broad range of staff include
**Registered Nurses, Assistants in Nursing, Allied Health and Support Workers** experienced in both aged care in the home, disability support and staffing support for residential care.

Meditech Staffing are actively recruiting a
**Service Delivery Manager** to join our rapidly growing organisation. The primary responsibility is to manage and oversee the end-to-end onboarding, rostering and service delivery to meet the growing needs of the business. The position will also support line management activities for a portfolio of employees and will be the first level of contact in the employee engagement process.

Reporting directly to the General Manager Operations, the Service Delivery Manager role is the central point of coordination to ensure optimal service delivery and client satisfaction is provided. This role will have a key direct report being the 'Community Rostering - Team Leader'.

**Key focuses for the role**:

- Ensure appropriate level of staffing (Coordinators and Support Workers) across all service areas.
- Oversee activation, planning and management of a staff member’s schedule.
- Development and costing of rosters within the portfolio.
- Prepare, analyse and report on trends relating to roster management and budget implications within the portfolio.
- Provide exception reporting relating to roster management and staff allocation.
- Ensure utilisation of staff is optimized to improve retention and reduce churn of field staff.
- Responsible for ensuring that all employee information related to rostering is captured, updated in the Client Management System.
- Work closely with the People and Culture team to manage, maintain and forecast staffing level to meet service hours as per the budget.
- Provide feedback to recruitment team to direct where staffing shortages need to be addressed
- Ensure coordinators are fully trained and utilising functions with the Client Management System to complete service schedules.
- Provide ongoing system training to the community rostering team.

- Contribute to a marketing plan to attract more customers
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare regular reports on business development results
- Be driven by successful outcomes.
