Program Manager

Our Program Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating various programs and initiatives whilst being involved in shaping and executing our mission of eliminating uncorrected poor vision. Working closely with our team and stakeholders to drive positive change you’ll create detailed program plans, allocate resources effectively, and ensure the successful implementation of our Regional & Local clinic programs and fundraising.
- This role will be for a 12 month secondment duration_

**Requirements for Success**
- Coordinate clinic teams with delivery of clinic information, itineraries, working with children checks, cultural awareness training, volunteer attire, itineraries.
- Post clinic management of reporting including budget reports and follow ups with clinic partners.
- Post clinic glasses management: receiving, processing, packing and delivery of all clinic patient glasses.
- Conduct Local Clinic Leader training in AUS and NZ as required.
- Lead engagement with schools and other partner organizations.
- Manage Vision Voucher portal allowing partners to support people in need.
- Manage communications within the EssilorLuxottica channels including regular updates of content, creating news items, and promoting OneSight global campaigns.
- Support EssilorLuxottica ANZ fundraising events and campaigns.
- Maintaining financial records and general correspondence.

**Skills & Experience**
- 2 years’ experience within a not-for-profit or Optical sector
- Sydney Australia based, **must** be able to travel to regional and local clinics
- SAP, Salesforce, Word and Excel proficiency
- Ability to work autonomously across multiple projects
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities
