My client is a leading business strategist and high-performance specialist with a focus on helping people strive to be their best. Their events and programs have a comprehensive blueprint for success and are designed to accelerate results.

They are looking for enthusiastic Sales Associates to join their team on a full-time basis in Sydney.

As a Sales Associate you will work closely with the sales team, you will be customer service focused, making outbound calls to set appointments.

Your experience thriving in a high volume outbound call environment, will be highly regarded.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Hitting goals and KPI’s.
- Undertaking a high volume of outbound calls to warm/hot leads. All leads are highly qualified and engaged.
- Securing sales for our world class events and business coaching services.
- Setting appointments for our sales team to book customers into personal and business development programs.
- Utilising our CRM system to maintain accurate customer records and daily activities.
- Working closely with the sales team to celebrate wins and collectively work on opportunities for improvement.

**Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport with people from all walks of life.
- Experience in an outbound call environment.
- Self motivated and results focused.
- Have a a positive attitude and energy.
- Ability to work to KPI's.
- Intermediate computer skills with an understanding of CRM systems an advantage.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Outbound sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Call centre: 1 year (preferred)
