Moreover, this is your chance to be part of the success story. **Position Summary**: A Salesforce Functional Consultant is a critical role within the Cognizant team. They predominately work within a squad of cross functional consultants (comprised of Digital Strategists, Digital Architects, human-centred designers, and industry SME’s); providing advisory services to our clients. They will work on various types of client engagements to solve complex digital problems and to design end to end solutions for clients. The goal is to deliver value to the business by ensuring that technology solutions are well designed and executed. No two engagements or clients are the same, however a typical engagement could include: Conducting client workshops to elicit business requirements, documenting user stories, process mapping, working with Project Managers, Delivery Managers and Technical Architects to design solutions centred on the Salesforce platform, and taking ownership of project initiatives from Discovery through to Delivery. **Mandatory Skills**: - 6+ years of relevant experience as Functional Consultant/Salesforce Consultant. - Healthcare and/or aged care industry experience. - Salesforce Health Cloud experience and accreditation. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with C Level executives. - Competent technical background with strong computer skills. - Ability to take business and technical concepts of varying levels of detail, and transform them into understandable artefacts. - Ability to work independently and as a member of a team. - Demonstrate experience and a passion for new technologies and industry trends. - Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and juggle several assignments simultaneously. - Passion for solving client challenges and commitment to client delight. **Duties and Responsibilities**: - Owning product backlogs. - Designing detailed to-be process maps. - Presenting desired future state solution roadmaps that delivers clear measurable outcomes. - Ensuring that project deliverables are submitted and follow the prescribed governance and approval processes in a timely manner. - Participating in engagement planning, dependency identification and management as well as estimation with Project Managers. - Providing knowledge transfers/handovers to Salesforce delivery teams to ensure implementation success. - Support architects with Salesforce solutioning and documentation. - Influencing management decisions across organisational boundaries. - Maintaining Salesforce ecosystem knowledge with up-to-date understanding of the platform and its capabilities. **Salary Range: >**$100,000 **Date of Posting: 12/9/2024** **About Cognizant**: LI-CTSAPAC
