Functional Consultant

We are currently expending our activities overseas and particularly for our Clients in Australia.

**Role**

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Melbourne, VIC, with flexibility for some remote work, at our Client's facilities. You will be responsible for leading our technical teams, managing projects, budgeting and integrating systems.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the design, configuration, and testing of D365 processes in sales, forecasting, scheduling, warehousing, and procurement.
- Facilitate functional analysis and design discussions, guiding business users on best practices and effective solution utilisation.
- Collaborate with Business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to devise efficient business processes leveraging Dynamics D365.
- Identify solution gaps through Joint Application Design workshops and meticulously prepare functional design documentation.
- Define D365 data structures and implement Data ETL processes for seamless data migration.
- Collaborate with the Technical Team to contribute to Data Integration designs and ensure rigorous testing of integrated third-party systems and ISV modules.
- Articulate and define report requirements to optimize reporting capabilities.
- Conduct training sessions for key functionality and new enhancements.
- Train business users on finance modules and any newly introduced enhancements.
- Foster alignment among stakeholders regarding ERP solutions and enhancement requests.

**Skills**
- Possess vast experience as a D365 expert.
- Bring prior experience in retail and the supply chain domain.
- Demonstrate participation in prior D365 F&O implementations.
- Showcase a proven ability to deliver impactful training and consulting in Supply Chain and Warehousing.
- Exhibit exceptional stakeholder and relationship management skills.
- Prove adept at problem-solving and issue resolution.
- Display versatility in handling multiple initiatives across business units concurrently.
- Showcase Business Analysis skills, particularly in documentation (requirements, gaps, functional specifications, test scripts, and training guides).
- Possess strong interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills.
- Ability to articulate and understand technical concepts and communicate them in a straightforward manner.
- Proven experience in an Agile Product team, engaging with both consulting and business resources.
- Familiarity with Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power BI, and Automate).

**Salary**
- As a guide, $150k to $200k + Super.
- Base salary will reflect skill and experience.
