A leading global technology company is currently looking to hire an experienced MS Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant who will act as a liaison between customer and internal teams on Microsoft Dynamics CE & CRM projects (implementations, customizations, migrations, and more).

You will be be responsible for one or more aspects of the project including project management, requirement gathering, understand customer requirements, business analysis (as-is model, to-be solution), transform business requirement to solutions, architecture, data model, training and support with a focus on the business solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- As a Functional Consultant, you will be an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle.
- Experience in gathering business requirements and experience configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
- Requirements gathering, analysis of requirements and propose solution with product best practices.
- Implementation experience on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and CRM.
- Translating the requirements and solution to development and final validation.
- Prepare test strategy, test plan, test execution and troubleshooting of developed solution.
- Create training plans and training client teams for developed solution.
- Provide guidance on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope.
- Create Functional Specifications documentation for the project
- Facilitate design review sessions with the customer to demonstrate completed work and gather adjustments and changes

**Key Requirements**:

- Tertiary education or equivalent in Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience working as Functional/Techno-Functional consultant in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
- 5+ years of experience in Dynamics CRM (Sales, Marketing, Field Services).
- Dynamics 365 Functional with knowledge on Customizations and Configurations.
- Good knowledge of best practices on Dynamics 365 CE and CRM.
- Should be able to prepare functional documentation.
- Must be able to work directly with the client and lead functional design discussions with business and bridge the gap between business and technology team
- Understanding of business processes, issues, and technology especially related to the operation of a sales, marketing, and customer service departments within an organization

**Salary Package**:up to $160K (incl. super).
