**About the role**
The Transformation Lead will play a critical role in delivering a major technology change program to improve service quality, operational efficiencies and outcomes across our clinics in Australia. This is an exciting time to join Capitol Health as we continue to make strong strides towards our vision to be the first-choice provider of community based medical imaging.
This is a unique opportunity for a proactive Process Improvement / Transformation specialist with a passion for delivering tangible health outcomes in our communities.
The primary focus of the role is to implement improved clinic Reception / Admin workflows, alongside the roll out of a standardised technology platform. This includes workflows that relate to bookings, patient registrations, referrer management and billing. The role is also responsible for the successful migration of data and reporting to the new platform.
Part-time applicants will also be considered.
**Tasks and responsibilities**
- Hands on leadership in the design and delivery of a Standard Operating Model for clinics across Australia, including but not limited to redesigning processes, IT and digital architecture with the appropriate business and technical SMEs.
- Work closely and collaboratively with our frontline teams to document To Be business processes, identifying solutions for improvement when compared to our As Is processes.
- Effectively engage key business stakeholders and work collaboratively to gain endorsement for cross-functional transformation initiatives. This includes setting up and leading Working Groups and workshop facilitation.
- Lead change within the clinic teams to ensure the improvements are understood and embedded.
- Champion the voice of the patient, referrer, and employee, ensuring the impact to consumers is factored into all transformation designs and decisions.
- Input into the agile delivery of initiatives, including status reporting, dependency management, risk and issue management, resourcing and change.
**Skills and experience**
- 2+ years experience in process improvement, project and change management methodologies to successfully deliver sustainable improvement outcomes.
- Experience in health sector is essential. Experience in imaging sector will also be highly regarded.
- Strong business and financial acumen with ability to think at a systems level and can distill and convey complex information in a compelling manner.
- Strong stakeholder management experience in building relationships across a broad range of business positions including Executive and Managers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including ability to create a compelling message, and production of strategic and formal documents.
- Demonstrate strong judgment in decision making and have exceptional time management and prioritization skills.
- Positive, flexible approach with the ability to manage ambiguity and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated leadership style who displays initiative and creative problem resolution ability.
- Strong change leader with a demonstrated history of successfully embedding change.
