**About the role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Group Transformation to help shape the future of our group strategy. You will help deliver the SSC Transformation Program that will address how we deliver the strategy across the business, improve process flow efficiency, unlock cost, efficiency and agility in the SSC and make Coles a great place to work. You will also;
- Lead the SSC Transformation program including design including the development of individual workstreams, overarching SSC Transformation strategy and business case
- Program management including ensuring workstream deliverables, strategy workforce planning programs, budget management, reporting and governance
- Collaborate with external experts to bring new thinking to Coles, managing the key drivers in unlocking value across SSC, managing risks and ensuring the sequencing of workstream activities align
- Proactively work with business teams to identify and shape high priority strategic initiatives requiring a cross functional approach to deliver maximum benefits to the Coles Group including customers and suppliers

**About you and your skills**:
As **Head of Group Transformation** you’ll have extensive experience in leading major group wide change. You’ll have the ability to engage and influence a variety of stakeholders at a senior leadership level. You will deliver with a high degree of passion and bring the team along for the journey, you’ll also have:

- BA (MBA Highly regarded) Degree in Commerce, Business or equivalent.
- A background in a professional services environment or consulting
- Experience developing operating models, enterprise-wide process optimisation, major transformation programs of work
- Demonstrated success in leading major group wide transformation programs with multiple stakeholders, multiple initiatives and ambitious targets
- Previous experience working in a professional services environment/consulting highly regarded
- Strong presentational and writing skills including board reporting and strategy papers
- Strong understanding of business transformation, organisation, process, technology and change delivery
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise activities in accordance with available resources and business needs, managing multi-vendors
