**Your New Role**

Reporting to the Development Director, you will be working with the Residential Communities & Home Building team.

Your duties will include, but not be limited to:

- Develop acquisition strategies and provide recommendations for evaluation and acquisition of sites.
- Manage due diligence process with internal and external advisors.
- Develop and maintain an extensive network of industry relationships.
- Engage and collaborate with key stakeholder groups, including Council, State Government Authorities and resident groups, as well as external consultants, to maintain strong working relationships and to drive positive business outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with procedures and policies including Workplace Health and Safety and environmental policies.
- Contribute to the brand development of Sekisui House Australia and implementation of the
- company’s brand position.
- Maintain a high standard of project presentation to assist in upholding the Sekisui House brand and that of a specific project.
- Ensure effective collaboration with other areas of the business.

**About You**
- Tertiary qualification(s) in property development and/or related discipline, including civil engineering, town planning, construction, architecture or property economics
- Proven experience in a similar role managing complex acquisitions from identification through to execution and/or a strong understanding of the development and acquisition process
- A solid understanding of development and feasibility studies
- Strong project management skills
- Advanced understanding of sales and marketing strategies for residential projects
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
