We currently have a 14-month fixed-term opportunity for a manager to join our Partner Acquisition Strategy team within our Citibank division. You will develop and implement strategies and campaigns to maximise the acquisition of profitable new to bank (NTB) credit cards customers for our white label partners - Kogan and Virgin Money. You will work in a fast paced, agile environment and be responsible for the acquisition strategy, campaign execution and partner relationship to help achieve our yearly targets.
**Key responsibilities will include**:
- Achieve new to bank account targets utilising all Marketing channels.
- Work with Banking Partners as the key contact point for Partnership Acquisition Marketing - lead the day-to-day management of the marketing strategy and implementation.
- Develop yearly marketing plans and ongoing campaign strategies in conjunction with the Partner. Monitor results, seek continuous CPA improvement and channel optimisation.
- Monitor key acquisition metrics (approval rates, daily volumes, cancellation rates by channel) and influences improvements as required.
- Work with the broader Partnership team (Commercial and Product, Sales and Distribution) to achieve the best outcomes for the Partners and for NAB - fosters a team relationship with shared goals.
- Work with Database Marketing and Analytics to develop Acquisition strategies for pricing, special offers, and product mix.
- Be the point person at NAB for the partner Marketing Acquisition activity, driving the strategic direction of all initiatives and managing the campaign pipeline.
- Providing reporting and insights on Partner Card Acquisition including, but not limited to, campaign calendars, marketing metrics, budgets and contribution to the monthly Business Review and quarterly/half yearly/annual reviews.
- Develop and implement marketing activity by leveraging processes and controls to mitigate risks. Partner Marketing Checklists, Activity Briefs, Communications Approvals, Maker/Checker Process etc.
- Understand credit and risk policies to identify opportunities pertaining to credit policy.
**What you will bring**:
- End-to-end management of the marketing and marketing related operational activity, to support and build our cards acquisition marketing strategies, including offer development and marketing campaigns (eDMs, POS activity, branch collateral, OBTM/IBTM and mortgage cross-sell activity).
- Experience in Partner Management
- develop and use collaborative relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of business goals
- Monitor key acquisition metrics (approval rates, daily volumes, cancellation rates by channel) and influences improvements as required.
- Effective analysis and decision making - identify and understand issues, problems and opportunities and develop appropriate solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related discipline.
- Substantial experience in Marketing with experience in credit cards preferred.
- Experience in partner management would be highly regarded.
