**Job description**
An opportunity is available for an organised, details focused person with strong administrative and communication skills to be a Project Coordinator for an established business undergoing a dynamic, restructuring phase. Must be a self-starter, capable of working independently and flexible enough to manage both established processes as well as a broad range of ad hoc activities as required.
Please note -** this is not an IT / software project management role** but rather a physical logistics, installation and coordination role with some IT involvement.
- Coordinate project delivery of cash management / technology solutions
- Ensure people, parts, materials, and devices are considered and available for projects
- Manage range of trades and subcontractors including logistics, installations, locksmiths, security, and technology / IT
- Obtain quotations and estimates for pre-sales activities
- Keep customers updated on job status through to completion of project
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and with a high-quality standard
- Encourage and build relationships with staff, sub-contractors, and clients
- Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to open, close and invoice work
- Position will be cross trained to assist service delivery team
- Role initially based in Oatley office but may consider flexible, blended work from home model
**Key Competencies**
- Previous role in project management or service delivery
- Ideally a background in ATMs, banking technology, cash technology or related industries
- Experience managing a number of projects simultaneously
- Experience with service management tools / CRM and intermediate computer skills
- Maintain professional image and possess good interpersonal abilities
- Ability to maintain harmonious working relationships with colleagues and customers
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Solutions and customer focussed
- Motivation to obtain technical knowledge, to aid in the execution of the role
- High school diploma preferred
- Fully vaccinated against Covid-19
- Willing to undergo a national police background check prior to employment
