**About the Role**

As the Head of Property Management, your key duties and responsibilities will include:

- Day to day management 7 team members
- Conduct property management department business reviews and present to the director
- Handle the recruitment process for the team
- Providing leadership, support and direction to team members
- Implement core processes for department and run training sessions for the team
- Overseeing in-going and periodic inspection management
- Deal with any escalated issues from the team

**The Person**
- Previous expierence leading a Property Management team
- Strong leadership skills
