**The Venue**

Barwon Regional Cricket Centre in a new centre located outside GMHBA Stadium at Kardinia Park. The centre include 5 indoor lanes and will act s a regional hub for the clubs in the Geelong and Bellarine Region to utilise across the year.

We are looking for team members who are enthusiastic about cricket to help operate and welcome cricket clubs and casual users into our state of the art facility.

**The Role**

We are seeking a **Customer Service officer,** who will be energetic, dynamic, outgoing and fun. You will need outstanding communication skills and a commitment to customer service excellence to ensure our members, and patrons are gaining maximum benefit and enjoyment from the services provided.

With a strong customer service background, you will have experience in delivering exceptional customer service and you will continue to drive the overall experience of our guests. You will need to have the ability to work effectively both independently and as a strong and valuable part of the team, with opening and closing procedures.

Our Officer’s key accountabilities include:

- Provide exceptional guest experience in person and over the phone to existing and prospective members and guests
- Provide relevant and accurate information and an excellent experience to prospective members by handling enquiries in line with company processes and systems
- To have a current and informed knowledge of the hubs services and activities
